Shipping policy


To ensure that your parcel is delivered correctly and that you receive it within the timeframe we advertise, please ensure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or flat numbers and route information (where applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. We take no responsibility for lost, misplaced or misdelivered items if the address provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.


All orders are subject to a separate processing time, with the exception of the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been removed from our processing centre by the carrier. The processing and shipping time for orders is 2-5 (working) days.

Please note that orders can take 16-25 working days for France from the date of dispatch and 20-30 working days for the rest of the world, not necessarily from the date they were placed, depending on the final destination of the order.


Shipping charges are not refundable. If you refuse a shipment from Reflets d'ARTgent, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to our warehouse. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.


If you notice a non-delivery or if the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, you must contact us within 7 days to make a claim (

We will help you work with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that claims can take up to 30 days to process.

We take no responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of those items is out of stock: we will ship the remainder of your order, refunding you in your original payment method for those items not in stock. Please note that it is possible to receive multiple packages for the same order if it consists of several items. In case of stock shortage, you can send us an email to, we will take into account your request as soon as possible.
